The building is equipped with central monitoring system made by Johnson Controls from the US. The system monitors and manages related mechanical and electric equipment in the building comprehensively and effectively.

Canhigh Center automatically controls public lighting and flood lighting in a centralized manner to save energy. The lights are made by Phillips—an international professional lighting brand in the industry. Its Strip II LED wall washer lights decorate the building with special lighting effects and give it a different charm.
